Over twenty-seven thousand strong, the group’s membership is comprised of local residents, business owners, environmentalists, equestrians, surfers, fishermen, off-roaders, elderly and disabled; all of which enjoy the benefits and usage of the Oceano Dunes State Vehicle Recreation Area (ODSVRA).
